Hemp Tartar Sauce
YIELD: 1 1/2 CUPS

| 1 cup | hemp mayo |
| 1/2 cup | dill pickle, small dice |
| 3 tbsp | green onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 tbsp | capers, chopped fine |
| 3 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
| 1 tsp | dried dill |
| 2 tsp | lemon juice, fresh |
| 1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 tsp | dried tarragon |
| 1/2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 tsp | hot pepper sauce |
Salt and pepper to taste
- Infuse the dill into the lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and turn off the heat, then let sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
